  Really disappointed with the service.
  
  Had booked a lesson which I had to cancel, I do feel bad because the instructor turned up anyway after not checking their messages.
  
  I tried to rebook and was offered a few more slots, I messaged back which one I would like and was told my number wasn't recognised so I phoned and was told someone who'd get back to me. I phoned again after not hearing anything, and was told that the instructor had no more slots until September?
