  Asked for a wheel. got told I needed a wheel, cogs and chain (well that is true sometimes). £35 for the wheel, got one off ebay later for £25 with cogs. Both wheels were a similar standard. When it add up to £55 all told I said it was too much and was told It does tend to add up for serviceable parts. Even Halfords is better! You might note if you look at the reviews the good ones are for a laptop shop...

  Went into today looking for a bike helmet. The man in the shop was incredibly rude and abrupt. Did not offer any help or advice and then told me he was "too busy today" and snatched the bike helmet off me that i was looking at. Highly unimpressed. If you are too busy for customers then what's the point in having a bike shop? Would not recommend this shop at all. Far better bike shops in Beeston with courteous and helpful service.
