  I began to work with Liz when I was in a particularly stressful situation at work which had knocked my confidence and was affecting my well-being. Liz initially offered up some useful techniques which helped me to overcome my anxiety and stress so that I could begin to see and act more clearly. She then coached me in how best I could priorities and plan, both at work and in my home life, so that I could deal more effectively with the demands being put upon me and become a better manager, parent and friend.
  
  Liz helped me to find stimulus in the challenges I was facing at work and to find joy again in some of the smaller pleasures of daily life which I had been neglecting. As a consequence of working with Liz my career has gone from strength to strength while in turn my life has become more balanced.
  
  I have felt supported and championed by Liz and never judged. I highly recommend Liz as a coach.
